Century 21 Home Consult - Haren

Had an bad experience with them (Century 21st Haren). They listed the property with the age of construction as 2007. I was about to purchase it and before submitting the offer, I consulted a expert to validate the state of the house. On verification, it was revealed that the house was built before 2002 and it needed asbestos certification and also some parts of the living area was counted even though the roof heights were less than the legally allowed height. These are people who fudge facts to sell the property at a higher rate to get maximum profit. A lot of positive ratings i believe are from sellers. Also the offer letter drafted by them was with clauses which was clearly in favor of the seller and the agency. If you are a buyer, handle them with all caution. If possible stay away from them. The property in question here is at Vander Aastraat 82 1 ,1831 Machelen, Belgium.

J'ai été très bien aidé par Noa en particulier, mais aussi par Darri à l'occasion. Noa m'a guidé dans la vente de ma propriété. Il était toujours disponible et même le week-end pour répondre à mes questions. Ils ont fait tout ce qu'ils pouvaient pour vendre mon bien. La seule chose que j'ai trouvée un peu dommage, c'est le prix de vente final. Il était tout à fait correct, mais j'aurais bien sûr aimé quelque chose de plus. À part cela, tout était parfait, mon bien était également bien présenté. Il y avait de belles photos et une bonne publicité. Tout s'est bien terminé en fin de compte !
