The agency does not reply to your e-mails, no follow-up at all, does not even do the necessary to deliberate the deposit since two years. Even if you tried on a span of 2 years time to be in contact.

Ze hebben twee jaar lang niet met mij gecommuniceerd, waarin ik om saldi voor mijn appartement vroeg. (Origineel) This is the worst rental agency I've dealt with. They don't answer you, they don't follow up, they don't guarantee anything for the tenant. They failed to communicate with me for 2 years in which I asked for balances for my apartment.
