Capital Rent - Ixelles

I rented an apartment in Madou for 3 years, by this agency, which kept acting on behalf of the owner all the time, and I had a very good experience throughout. They also helped me in managing the charges balance so far, an issue which apparently is hard to tackle in Brussels, listening to others' experience. Despite some changes in their staff during the period, there was no impact and people stepped in seamlessly. Sometimes was difficult or long to get in touch with them, but they always reacted as expected, and always compliant with the agreements. I was lucky to have a limited number of issues to solve, during my stay; most of the delays I faced in solving them were not their fault, and they always helped in finding a way out. Trustworthy
