Brussels Key - Etterbeek

The staff were very kind and the hotel rooms were good for the price. However, myself and the group I travelled with had a very negative experience with the owner, that also works in the reception. He was very hostile and aggressive and made completely untrue accusations regarding our behavior at the hotel. Furthermore, upon arrival the lock to our door was broken, which we were informed would be fixed the same day. It was not fixed during our entire stay and our last night at the hotel the owner then proceeded to blame us for having broken the door. In summary, a very unprofessional individual that I do not want to meet again.

Au début The Keys était plutôt décevant. L'arrivée de Madame Buggenhout a amélioré la situation, mais il y avait encore quelques problèmes quand je me suis installée définitivement en Belgique. Depuis un an tout va très bien. Maintenant il faut voir le dénuement du pari Wattmatters . . .
