Appalling experience with Crelan La Hulpe. First, they dragged out a loan application for weeks only to reject it last-minute without real explanation — causing direct losses to our local business. Then, after requesting and paying for a deed draft just to open a sinple business account, they refused us again without reason. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is shameful, especially coming from a so-called “local” bank. Worst banking experience we’ve ever had. Avoid them at all costs.
