De samenwerking met Annaart Vastgoed is zeer goed verlopen ! Ingrid heeft mijn contact aanvraag zeer snel beantwoord en 2 dagen later kon ik de woning al bezichtigen. Ingrid heeft al mijn vragen duidelijk beantwoord en ze was ook zeer vriendelijk ! Ik ben zeer tevreden !
Onze woning werd supersnel verkocht met Annaart Vastgoed. Via mail en telefoon waren ze altijd berikbaar. Vlotte samenwerking.

I'm not really happy of the cooperation I had with Annaart Vastgoed. They were recommended by my broker (who only deals in purchases, not in sales) and so I trusted him because he's a great broker. At Annaart however, I was let down by the lack of communication. The buyers they found had to get a loan from the Vlaams Woningfonds, and they didn't communicate that to me, nor that those type of loans take an extremely long time. Due to this, we signed the compromis back in December, but only settled everything else at the end of May. That was way too long for me, as I also have a loan to pay to the bank. At least, they were able to help with administration and did everything there, and we received the price we expected. But that wasn't nearly enough for me to be satisfied with their services, unfortunately...
