Poor cleanliness and lack of responsibility from the agency
Be careful with this agency. I have arrived to a completely dirty apartment: - there were over 100 (!) dead flies by the window - the toilet and shower were dirty (dirt and chalk) - there was yellow liquid spilled in the fridge - almost every wall has black stains, fingerprints and more dirt - the floor is covered in dirt (hair, dust, flies, peanuts!) - stains on the cupboards - stains on the heater - stains on the chair - stains on the bed frame - floor is swollen in some areas Even after complaining multiple times, the agency did not take responsibility. For the rent prices they charge, I would have expected much more quality and service.
