Elle est sympa pendant la visite mais ne traite pas ses locataires de manière appropriée. Elle est condescendante, elle ignore quand on se plaint (et il y a largement de quoi se plaindre), elle ignore même souvent des emails entiers quand ça ne l'arrange pas. Je ne vais pas détailler tous les problèmes que j'ai rencontrés car il y a probablement une limite de caractères.
Was very nice when signing the rental contract, but as a building manager they're genuinely one of the most awful people I had the displeasure of ever meeting. They treat tenants like how an abusive parent treats their children; our building is cold, leaking, half finished, a possible fire hazard and full of black mold, and we've been told multiple times that we should be grateful for having a roof over our head. Ignoring inconvenient emails with raised concerns seems to be their standard procedure, even when threatened with legal action. If the concerns of tenants get acknowledged, it usually is in the form of passive aggression or straight up threats. I've considered them a slumlord before, someone who drains as much wealth from her tenants while providing as little as possible, but I see now that this comparison is incorrect. If anything she demands we treat her like the Queen of the slums. Do not rent from her under any circumstances.
