Ik ben heel tevreden met A Property & Pelsmaekers! Ze hebben moeite gedaan om mijn pand te kunnen (her)verhuren en Kristel was altijd paraat wanneer ik haar nodig had. Ze gaf ook regelmatig updates en was echt proactief bezig met de verhuur.
It went well; the agency was very responsive during the rental and the onboarding process, and afterwards they also did everything as promised. Although with certain transfers of contacts they didn’t do it immediately, I had to remind them again after a couple of months to do it. My person of contact, Koen, was good, very responsive, and available.
