Das historische Hotel ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen. Zum Zeit des Besuchs wurde es umgebaut, worunter natürlich der Charme etwas leidet. Dennoch ist es prinzipiell sauber (Raum, Bad, Bett) und die Angestellten sind freundlich. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal wieder dort buchen.

I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I was surprised to find that the building is under renovation. The common areas are dirty, and the elevators are extremely messy and often full of construction materials. At one point I waited around 14 minutes for an elevator only to find it completely blocked with building equipment. Because of this, I had to go back to reception and ask for help. Even with the receptionist guiding me, I had to use multiple staircases while carrying a 20 kg Suitcases , which was extremely inconvenient and exhausting. Reaching the second elevator was confusing and poorly signposted. To make matters worse, the elevator buttons were worn out and the number for the second floor was almost erased, so it was difficult to even know which button to press. When I finally reached the room, it was decent inside, but I was surprised to find that there is no safety box and no fridge, which are basic amenities in many hotels. Trying to leave the building was another unpleasant experience. When I pressed “0” in the elevator, it took me to what looked like a storage or maintenance area. I then had to go back to the first floor, walk through another staircase in a different building, and use another set of stairs just to exit the hotel. This whole process was exhausting and extremely inconvenient. Most importantly, I was never informed about these renovations or the complicated access situation before my arrival. I paid for a hotel stay expecting comfort and convenience, not to struggle with construction areas, confusing access, and heavy luggage. Overall, the experience was very disappointing كانت تجربتي في هذا الفندق مزعجة جداً للأسف. عند وصولي تفاجأت بأن المبنى يخضع لأعمال تجديد. الممرات والمصاعد كانت متسخة جداً ومليئة بأغراض البناء. انتظرت المصعد حوالي 14 دقيقة، وعندما وصل كان ممتلئاً بمعدات البناء ولا يمكن استخدامه. اضطررت للعودة إلى الاستقبال لطلب المساعدة. وحتى مع مساعدة موظفة الاستقبال، كان عليّ الصعود والنزول عبر عدة سلالم وأنا أحمل حقيبة وزنها حوالي 20 كيلوجرام، وهذا كان مرهقاً جداً. الوصول إلى المصعد الآخر كان مربكاً وغير واضح إطلاقاً، وحتى أزرار المصعد كانت ممسوحة تقريباً، ولم يكن من الواضح أين زر الطابق الثاني الذي أسكن فيه. بعد كل هذا التعب وصلت إلى الغرفة، والغرفة من الداخل مقبولة، لكن لا يوجد صندوق أمانات ولا ثلاجة، وهي أمور أساسية في معظم الفنادق. عند محاولتي الخروج من الفندق واجهت مشكلة أخرى؛ عندما ضغطت زر الطابق الأرضي أخذني المصعد إلى ما يشبه مستودعاً أو منطقة خدمات. واضطررت للعودة مرة أخرى للطابق الأول ثم المرور عبر درج إلى مبنى آخر ثم النزول مرة أخرى عبر درج لأتمكن من الخروج من الفندق. كانت تجربة متعبة جداً وغير مريحة إطلاقاً. والأسوأ أن الفندق لم يخبرني مسبقاً بوجود هذه الأعمال أو صعوبة الوصول والتنقل داخل المبنى. دفعت مقابل الإقامة في فندق لأرتاح، وليس لأعاني
