Everything went as planned. I would give it a 9. Claire was very good to work with and really nice throughout the whole process. The communication was clear and professional. I was expecting a copy when i signed the contract, but i didn't get a copy, but overall the process went smoothly and efficiently. Despite that small remark, it was a very positive experience.
