My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. Communication is consistently poor, with emails often going unanswered. On several occasions, I was given conflicting or misleading information—for example, being told that someone was on vacation, only to later find out that wasn't the case. Scheduled apartment viewings were missed without notice or explanation, and I never received a follow-up after applying for a property. Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional interactions I've had with a real estate agency. In particular, my interactions with Laetitia Meylemans were notably unhelpful. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
