In my opinion the best cohousing company in the whole belgium. The houses are extremely well furnished (as far as I've seen) and very reasonably priced. The rules they set in the houses are very logical and well designed. My overall experience was great, just a small caveat: the inventory process is self-defeating. I've had issues with it from both sides. I was insulted by a previous housemate for having to report the issues in her room (and suffered the consequences of her trying to turn some of the housemates against me). I have also done my best trying to find all the imperfections when taking a new room, missed some (it's usually very difficult to know which are relevant and which aren't) and had to pay for them even though I didn't cause them. I saw a review that pointed out the same fact. The response by the company was that hiring an expert would be much more expensive. If they themselves think that it would be necessary to hire an expert to do the inventory process, is it reasonable to think that a 20-something year old that has never done anything similar will be able to do it perfectly on their first time? Maybe this is the least problematic way to do the inventory, but I think it's important for clients to know that they will probably lose some money and time in the process.
