Overall, our experience with RentMore was highly positive. The agents were responsive, flexible, and quickly helped us secure a great apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. The apartment itself was modern and of excellent quality, with great attention to detail in every aspect. We stayed for 7 months, and the process was smooth from start to finish. The expectations for leaving the apartment in good condition were clearly communicated, so there were no surprises at the end. Two constructive suggestions: - It might be beneficial to employ more technicians on duty. During our stay, we were without hot water for an entire weekend, which was inconvenient. - The utility charges seemed unrealistic in relation to actual consumption. In my opinion, they calculate consumption at too low of a rate, and we ended up being charged for the overage at the end of the term. It would have been preferable to pay a slightly higher monthly rate, with charges reflecting actual consumption, rather than receiving a large bill at the end.
