I was interested in buying an apartment with the agent. After visiting the apartment, I made my offer. She said she would Send my offer to the owner. Then she came back with a counteroffer asking me to increase the money, I fixed my offer and she said she would talk to the owner again. So I was stuck i that apartment for days without being able to make any other offer on another apartment. I tried to contact her several times and never got a response. Until I received a rude, unfriendly text message saying that the owner had sold it to someone else. Selling the apartment to someone else is not a problem, but this real estate agent left me in the background until they received a better offer on the apartment. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
