In a rapidly evolving society in which there is sometimes a need to switch quickly, flexibility is a well-liked quality and understandably so.Our flexible terms & conditions allow our customers to retain the right to take care of selling their property themselves (non-exclusivity rights). For instance, they are free to take action themselves to sell their property, including placings ads, networking and using all of the current means of communication, etc. We think flexibility of this nature is perfectly normal for conducting a contemporary real estate business. In addition, since we believe that the best partnerships are those based on fair play, we charge a modest and fair commission rate of just 2% excl. VAT.
