Immobilière Le Col-Vert - Etterbeek

We went to the agency in January to sign up with them because we needed to find an apartment to rent by the 1st of June. We were a bit early, but they took all of our information, promised they would contact us when they had apartments available for that period, and then we never heard from them again. We ended up finding an apartment by ourselves. What is the point of having an agency if you don't want clients?
