I'd been living in a shared apartment in Louvain-la-Neuve that they manage for four years and witnessed improvements in their professionalism, celerity and care for the interests of the tenants over this period. Despite this, sometimes they still have to be followed step by step whenever there's a problem or bureaucratic documents are needed, to be sure they do not forget about it or miss the deadlines.
