La collaboration avec Immo Références s'est bien passée. Aurélie nous a beaucoup aidés et nous a donné de bonnes informations sur le bien que nous voulions louer. Elle travaille de manière très détaillée. Je ne suis certainement pas habitué à ce degré d'organisation, mais cela permet une collaboration efficace.

Extremely rude real estate agent with poor communication skills
Aurelie is the most rudest Real Estate Agent that I've ever came across. I liked a house for renting and I requested her to book that for me, but she behaved in such a rude way!! If there were other candidates, she could have just politely turned me down, but no! She had to be so rude!! The way she rejected me was very disrespectful. She also called me stupid!! Never with them again. I'd also recommend others not to deal with this rude woman. If you don't have basic communication skills, why sit there as a broker!! I have also worked in the front desk before, and we always greeted our customers with a smile. But I guess here in Brussels, they just don't care. Because the housing market is competitive, and so the real estate agents feel entitled to be rude with their customers. In response to your answer: Phrasing a sentence like "you're not stupid not to understand it, are you" is calling someone stupid. If you don't know that already, you need to improve your English. Secondly, I never rented an apartment through a real estate agent in Belgium (in other countries-yes!) before, so yes, I am not aware of the rules. But you could have calmly explained it to me... instead of being rude and disrespectful. And you think that I'm rude because of leaving without saying a goodbye? Why should I say goodbye to someone who disrespected me, called me stupid and has no manners!!!
