Misleading and unprofessional agent, causing financial difficulties
Very bad experience. Rafael lied to us about the house being in order but there were no permits for a lot of things it was not regularised which is costing us a lot. He made us sign the offer letter while keeping us in dark and misexplaining the contract as we didn’t know Dutch. He really put us in a tight spot. Especially for expats please be aware!
