Wij zijn heel blij dat we de sympathieke mensen van Immoclicking onder de arm hebben genomen bij de verkoop van onze woning. Nochtans is deze niet op een evidente locatie gelegen, maar zij zijn er in geslaagd om een akkoord te realiseren na de 2e kijkdag, en dat in de rustigste periode van het jaar. Van bij de aanvang hebben zij ons professioneel en op een persoonlijke manier begeleid, geadviseerd en de communicatie bleef doorheen het traject een constante. We werden volledig ontzorgd. I have been out of the property more than 8 months adn i still do not have the bond back , I did everything they asked for at the exit including sanding adn varnishing the floor that was is a horrible state when i moved in with nails pertrubing and a kitchen with cupboards falling off. I even agreed to move early so they could do works between tenants and they are trying to penalise me a months rent as well. This is not reasonable.
