Lack of responsiveness and delayed repairs in property management
Horrible in regards to having anything repaired once you are in one of their properties. I had spent months going back and forth with them to fix the leak from the upstairs bathroom and subsequent mold and crumbling ceiling. This was at the end of July, it's December and still no repairs. There is black mold growing that I have alerted them to and nothing has been done. NOW...the heat in our building hasn't been working for two days and we are in the middle of sub-zero temperatures. I've called and left messages and nothing. No response.
