Lack of transparency regarding electrical installation conformity
Attention! Research before you talk with the A-home agency request all documents and informations! Went to visit an apartment for sale and I was never informed about ‘non-conformite installation electrique’ which is mandatory by law and important and agent was trying to divert attention from the topic underestimating this.. Please be honest, it’s part of your IPI BIV code de deontologie!
