Emanuel van Hestor zorgde voor een zeer vlotte communicatie. Ik kreeg steeds snel antwoord op mijn berichten en werd goed op de hoogte gehouden. Enkel kon de koper soms wat beter begeleid worden tijdens het proces.

Alles oke zolang het gewoon stramien gevolgd werd. Toen de compromis getekend werd maar de akte niet doorging, kreeg ik wel de rekening van de commissie en wouden ze mij een nieuw contract maken om het huis via hen terug te verkopen... Huis is nu verkocht via immo Arthur, maar dan wel op een klantvriendelijke manier waar alle partijen tevreden zijn (koper, verkoper en immo) tot op het einde van het proces.
