Dewaele - Aalter

I had a smooth experience with Dewaele. There were no issues regarding language as everything was clearly explained in English, and the contract was also prepared in English, which made the process easy for me. Isabeau was flexible when I was a few minutes late to appointments, and they ensured that there were no delays in the overall process. Everything went great on that front. However, it would have been helpful if they had checked the apartment more thoroughly before I moved in. The shower leaks, and I’ve had issues with the Wi-Fi not working. A technician from Proximus mentioned that I might need an electrician to fix some wiring, which could have been checked beforehand. Additionally, the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly upon my arrival, which is a point of improvement. Other than these issues, everything else went smoothly.
