He provided clear updates whenever needed and offered great support with the transfer of utilities and the signing of the rental agreement. We rented a property through Color Properties and overall we are quite satisfied with the experience. The process went smoothly and everything was handled correctly. Communication was generally good and the rental steps were explained clearly. The only point of improvement is that some of our questions were not answered very clearly, and at times we felt we had to ask for additional clarification. It would have been helpful to receive more precise or detailed responses. Aside from that, everything was well arranged and we are happy with the final outcome. A solid 8/10. A good experience with just a bit of room for improvement.
