Customer service is the foundation of every successful business - no matter what country you’re in. Unfortunately, this seems to be missing at Action in Waterloo. The employees often appear to be just going through the motions -focused on finishing their shifts rather than helping customers. I’ve visited this store several times, and each time I needed help finding or choosing a product, it was nearly impossible to get assistance. This isn’t about being unfriendly; it’s about the basics of Customer Service 101 - being available, attentive, and genuinely willing to help customers. Store management should make this a TOP priority. Training and expectations around customer service should be non-negotiable. After all, great service doesn’t just make customers happy - it also drives sales. When employees help customers find what they need (and suggest related items), everyone wins. If management ever wants help improving their customer service approach, I’d gladly offer my time and experience FOR FREE . With better service, this store could easily go from disappointing experiences to five-star reviews and increased revenue.
