Absolutely avoid this agency. They took advantage of a young woman living alone by renting an overpriced apartment—more expensive than identical units in the same building. When I needed support, especially to transfer the electricity contract into my name, they completely ghosted me. I also had a serious issue with the keys, and again, no response whatsoever. To make things worse, the agent made several sexist remarks during our conversations, which was completely unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The security deposit (garantie locative) was never returned, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, they kept ignoring me. This is not just unprofessional behavior—it borders on fraud. Stay away from this agency if you value honesty and respect. Agence à fuir absolument. Et bien sûr, la garantie locative ne m’a jamais été remboursée, malgré de nombreuses relances. Ce n’est pas simplement un manque de professionnalisme — c’est de la malhonnêteté pure et simple. Fuyez cette agence si vous tenez au respect et à la transparence.
