The experience was fantastic and Elizabeth was very communicative throughout the entire process. Since I am new here from the USA, she excellent support and took the time to go through everything I needed to know. She helped me get things in order, and I truly appreciated her guidance. Elizabeth was outstanding and made the whole rental process feel smooth and reassuring. I am very grateful for her help and extremely satisfied with the experience!
