Apartment rented in De Panne
Beautiful apartment but the agents are inept and lazy. I’m a disabled man and they gave me the wrong keys and did not offer to meet us with the correct ones. We had to return to the office to collect the correct ones. When we arrived at the apartment we were told by the owner that the agent should have shown us the apartment in person and gave us a demonstration on how things worked. The agents are lazy and incompetent and I will not be using them again. The owners sent an email to complain to the agents because they weren’t doing what they’re contractually obliged to do. Now I learn my deposit of €300 will not be refunded until 4 weeks after my vacation. UNACCEPTABLE !!
