Terrible experience with City Tower Real Estate - Beware of security deposit issues
(Vertaald door Google) Slechtste vastgoedbedrijf waar ik ooit mee te maken heb gehad, ze maken een nep geschat rapport zodat ze je borg kunnen opeten. Verwacht het niet terug en ze zullen toepassen wat ze willen. tijdens het ontruimen sturen ze geen procedure voor het ontruimen van de flat. verwacht geen concessies. Ze zullen de borg niet terugbetalen! Ze zullen het opeten! (Ik woon pas 1 jaar in hun gebouw) geef alsjeblieft je geld niet uit aan dit CITY TOWER REAL ESTATE! Verschrikkelijk onroerend goed! Ik raad niemand aan om met hen om te gaan. (Origineel) Worst real estate company I have ever deal with them ,They make Fake estimated report so that, they can eat your security deposit. Don't expect it back & They will apply whatever they want. while vacating they are not sending procedure for vacating flat. don't expect any concessions.They will not returning the Security Deposit!They will Eat it!( I've been living in their building only 1 year) please do not spend your money with this CITY TOWER REAL ESTATE ! Terrible real estate! I don't recommend anyone dealing with them.
